TriathaMOM is a fully supported, non-competitive, women only triathlon. Make no mistake, this is a REAL triathlon, (300 meter swim, 11 mile bike ride, and 5k run) complete with the REAL triathlon experience of chip timing, body marking, and intense feeling of accomplishment. We know you have had this idea… “Can I do a triathlon?” in your head for a while now. With TriathaMOM you no longer have a reason not to! You will know what to do, where to be, all questions answered, with an attitude of, “Can I help you”? rather than, “Get out of my way!”

PACKET PICKUP

Thursday, July 30th. 3pm- 6:30pm.

Salt Lake Running Center. 8946 S State Street, Sandy UT

Race Day, Saturday, Aug 1st

5:30 am: Transition Area Open
5:30 am: Packet Pickup (body marking & chip timing)
7:15 am: Transition Area Closed
7:20 am: Pre Race Meeting on Pool Deck
7:30 am: Swim Start. We ask that you seed yourself according to your ability. Faster swimmers in Front, and Slower swimmers in the back. This helps to eliminate congestion while swimming laps in the pool. Talk amongst your peers to determine where to seed yourself.
10:00 am – 11:30am: FINISH LINE CELEBRATION!

Parking: Athlete parking will be in the pool parking lot. Overflow & Spectator parking will be down the street at the Riverton Rodeo Arena, Spectators will have a short walk. Approximate address is 1452 W 12800 S, Riverton, UT 84065

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Race Morning

7:30 am: Cheer for your ‘TriathaMom’ in the bleachers on the swim deck.

8:00 am: (or when you ‘TriathaMom’ is finished with the swim) Cheer her
on as she starts the bike course. Head into the park for the Cheering Carnival.
9:00-10:00 am: Cheer for ‘TriathaMom’ as she heads out on her run
10:00 am – 12:00 pm: FINISH LINE CELEBRATION!

Parking
Spectator parking will be down the street at the Riverton Rodeo Arena and spectators will have a little walk. Approximate address is 1452 W 12800 S, Riverton, UT 84065
